I ordered a twin (the bottom half of a bunk bed, just in case) and trundle, plus two mattresses.
Pros: very helpful staff and friendly service. I went in several times with measurements, looked through catalogs etc. Lots of help each time and we had no issues with the wrong thing ordered/received, etc. Lots of choices to look at in the store. The quality of the furniture is very good – solid, looks great. The guys that delivered and set up were very professional and fast even with all our stairs. Best of all, the mattresses, for chemical-free, are extremely reasonably priced. (Another pro is that just a few doors down is a cafe that sells REALLY good cookies, and just past that is Barclays!)
Cons: it did take a long time to get the beds, I think 9 wks, although part of the time was over the holidays. And it’s not cheap. But you get what you pay for, and IMO it’s worth it.
